My kids and I love fruit smoothies and try all kinds of combinations at home in our semi-broken blender. Today we made my favorite smoothie yet.
Here's what we used:
3 peeled oranges
1 c. frozen raspberries
1 1/2 c. frozen peaches
2 c. fresh spinach
2 tsp. flax seeds
1 c. white grape juice
This made about five 1c. servings.
